Welcome to the website developed just for alumni of State Department exchange programs.  State Alumni is an online community that helps alumni stay in contact with one another and with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. State Alumni is open to all current and past participants of State Department exchange programs.  The website has everything from Alumni News, to Grant Opportunities, to a virtual library that offers free access to over 3,000 full text academic journals, magazines, newspapers, and other media.  We are very excited about this website and are sure that you will be too once you have become a member.  Log on today and share with a community that was developed just for you!
